Read These Terms of Use Agreement Before Accessing Website.

This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") is made between you and Chris M. Lyon, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Agreement sets forth the standards of use of the Coachlyon online service. By using the coachlyon.com website (the "Site") you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you should immediately cease all usage of this website. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this Agreement without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted at coachlyon.com website. Chris M. Lyon, LLC reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without giving you prior notice. Your use of this site following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by this Agreement as modified. The last date these Terms of Use Agreement were revised is set forth below.

  1. Use of Site
    You may use the service, the site, and the information, writings, images and/or other works that you see, hear or otherwise experience on the site (singly or collectively, the "Content") solely for your non-commercial, personal purposes and/or to learn about Chris M. Lyon, LLCproducts and services. No right, title or interest in any Content is transferred to you, whether as a result of downloading such Content or otherwise. Chris M. Lyon, LLCreserves complete title and full intellectual property rights in all Content. Except as expressly authorized by this Agreement, you may not use, alter, copy, distribute, transmit, or derive another work from any content obtained from the site or the service, except as expressly permitted by the Agreement. Use of this site constitutes acceptance of the Terms of Use Agreement.

For any content that is purchased (i.e., not accessed as part of an ongoing membership or subscription program), we will make that purchased Content available to you for a minimum of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This guarantee does not apply to members or subscribers of any program, whose access is governed by the specific terms of their membership agreement.

  1. Payment Terms and No Refund Policy
    By purchasing any product, service, or content on this Site, you agree to the following payment terms. All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to your dissatisfaction with the product, service, or content, or your choice not to participate or access the materials. Due to the proprietary design and intellectual property shared on the Site, all payments are required and non-refundable, whether you choose to participate or not.

Lyon, LLC is strictly prohibited. You are prohibited from using any of the marks or logos appearing throughout the site without permission from the trademark owner. Chris M. Lyon, LLC's trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Chris M. Lyon, LLC or the trademark owner.

All other trademarks displayed on Chris M. Lyon, LLC's website are the trademarks of their respective owners, and constitute neither an endorsement nor a recommendation of those Vendors. Lyon, LLC expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including, but not limited to, implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, with regard to the site, the service, the content, and any product or service furnished or to be furnished via the site. Chris M. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES, CHRIS M. LYON, LLC's LIABILITY IS LIMITED AND WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUDED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUT SHALL, IN NO EVENT, EXCEED $100.00.

    You understand and agree that you are personally responsible for your behavior on the site. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Chris M. Lyon, LLC, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, joint ventures, business partners, licensors, employees, agent, and any third-party information providers to the service from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from or arising out of your use, misuse, your inability to use the site, the service, or the content, or any violation of this Agreement, or infringement by you, or other user of the service using your computer, of any intellectual property or any other right of any person or entity.

  6. Governing Jurisdiction of the Courts Arizona
    Our website is operated and provided in the State of Arizona. As such, we are subject to the laws of the State Arizona, and such laws will govern this Terms of Use, without giving effect to any choice of law rules. We make no representation that our website or other services are appropriate, legal or available for use in other locations. Accordingly, if you choose to access our site you agree to do so subject to the internal laws of the State Arizona.
  7. Notification of Claimed Copyright Infringement

Lyon, LLC, in our sole discretion, to a third party in the event of a merger or acquisition.
